Educational Qualification: PhD or Post Doc. in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 10+ years .
Responsibilities:
Lead team of 10+ chemists for drug discovery projects.
Prepare, Review and Present weekly updates, presentations.
Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities for drug discovery.
Work collaboratively in a team to drive chemistry project to meet partner expectations.
Follow safety practices at workplace and ensure compliance by all team-members.
Desired Candidate Attributes:
Excellent knowledge of basic Organic Chemistry.
Good understanding of NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy.
Hands-on experience in synthesis, purification, and characterization of chemical intermediates.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS-word/excel /power-point).
