Senior Research Scientist

Vaibhav brings nearly 9 years of extensive experience in synthetic organic and process chemistry, with deep expertise in small molecule synthesis for medicinal chemistry, process development for agrochemical and pharmaceutical products, and specialized skills in asymmetric synthesis, chemo-catalysis, and fluorine chemistry. He has successfully led projects across CRO, CDMO, and global agrochemical organizations, holding key roles at Aragene Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore), Navin Fluorine International Ltd. (Surat), and FMC Corporation (Singapore). Vaibhav has managed teams of over six chemists and is recognized for his strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination abilities. With a strategic mindset toward R&D and a commitment to operational excellence, he consistently delivers high-impact solutions within the chemical sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Pune University, India.
