He brings deep expertise in Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry, Scale-Up, and Process Development, having contributed extensively to the success of discovery and development programs for a diverse range of global pharmaceutical and biotech partners.

Throughout his career, Vinod has consistently played a pivotal role in the design, execution, and delivery of both early- and late-stage drug discovery projects. As a scientific lead, he has successfully managed teams of 15+ FTEs, overseeing both the technical execution and strategic planning of complex, chemistry-driven programs. His leadership, scientific insight, and collaborative approach have been instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-quality outcomes in competitive timelines. He did his master degree in Organic Chemistry from Pune University, Pune.
