Avinash has 19+ years of experience in Synthetic Medicinal chemistry, Scale up and process development. He has worked as scientific lead for multiple biotech and pharma partners to lead a team of 60+ FTE’s. Avinash has extensive experience working on small heterocyclic molecules, library synthesis, carbohydrates, small peptides on both SPPS and solution phase, PROTACs, LYTACs, PEGylation, fluorophores and asymmetric synthesis. He has received his PhD in Chemistry from Pune University and has worked in Gharda chemicals, Piramal Pharma Solutions and Jubilant Biosys.
