Bapusaheb has 18+ years experience in CRO industry in Synthetic Medicinal chemistry division, Scale up and process development. He has worked as scientific lead for multiple biotech and pharma partners to lead a team of >13 FTE’s. He has extensive experience working on small heterocyclic molecules, library synthesis, PROTACS, DOC, peptide and asymmetric synthesis. He did his master degree in Organic Chemistry from Pune University, Pune. Prior to joining SynSmart he has worked for leading CRO’s in India.
